| Welcome to Square Pond ATV Club! Trail Conditions:
Questions concerning the trail system can be made by contacting our President Art Rocray at 207-490-1371 . We will scheduling trail cleanup days soon. Please stay tuned for upcoming dates and times for these projects. It takes all of us to donate a little free time to keep our trails in top condition. Please sign up if you can help. Lets make Shapleighs trails the best they can be. We are a nonprofit ATV club with the goals to provide a safe and accessible trail system for our members to share, to promote open dialog between land owners and ATV riders, and to meet the concerns of the environment. We are extremely concerned about continuing to improve the reputation of those who participate in our sport. Please do your part and be courteous to the landowners who make the operation and enjoyment of ATV riding possible. To all of the landowners who graciously accept and assist us each year, we sincerely thank you. We look forward to a rewarding and exciting 2008 riding season. Stay on top of Local gas prices, just put in your zip or a zip for the area your going.``````````````````````````````````````````````````` |

| Were always looking for new members If your interested you can print an application by clicking on the membership button above and please check out our ad on Metrocast Ch-12 This is a good club with some fine trails......please help us make it better. |
| Annual Meeting and Election of Officers The Annual Meeting for the election of officers will be held on Sat, April 24th at 10:00 am. Nominations are needed for all positions as the current officers do not wish to serve another term. Nominations can be made by calling any current officer (contact info on the officers page) and should be made by the next member meeting on 4/12/2010. So far there has been very little participation from the membership and if nominations are not received for all positions the club will have no option but to cease to exist as Square Pond ATV Club. If this happens two options have been discussed.: One is for the club to fold and dispose of all assets per state law. The second is for the club to merge with one of the other local clubs. All the clubs assets will then become the property of the new club. All current members of Square Pond will become a member of the new club and since our membership year starts in July you will obviously have the option of renewing with the new club. If anyone has already renewed for next year you will have the option of remaining with the new club or having your dues refunded. Any other options or comments from those interested will be considered. |
